Patientpacks.com was a website set up by three pharmacists in 2001 in order to address concerns about medication errors associated with poor packaging design. The website was well received by pharmacists and did influence the debate about the packaging of medicines. I personally witnessed printouts of the site in meetings about drug safety in the early 2000s. The domain has recently been allowed to lapse, and I would like to thank Idris Hughes, Simon Whitaker, and Matthew Robinson for allowing me to archive a copy of the site for the historical record on this site.
